Disclosure/Disclaimer regarding Michael G. Rocker, a.k.a. Mike Rocker, a.k.a. Rocker:

It has been brought to the attention of Paradise Tree Company that Mr. Michael G. Rocker (hereinafter referred to as “Rocker”), has been misrepresenting himself as an owner, co-owner, and/or employee of our company.  Rocker is not nor has he ever been in any such position and he has never had any legal or financial interest in Paradise Tree Company.  Rocker does not have nor has he ever had any authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of Paradise Tree Company and/or act as an authorized agent or representative of Paradise Tree Company.  Rocker’s only affiliation at any time with Paradise Tree Company was solely as an independent contractor from July 1, 2008 to January 22, 2009.  Immediately upon discovering Rocker’s alleged criminal activity, including fraud, theft, and embezzlement, Paradise Tree Company terminated all affiliation with Rocker.  He has NO association whatsoever with Paradise Tree Company as of January 22, 2009.  In cooperation with pending civil and criminal investigations of Rocker’s alleged criminal activity, Paradise Tree Company has agreed to cooperate to the fullest extent with investigating authorities.  Therefore, if you have had ANY dealings with Mike Rocker and/or knowledge of him misrepresenting himself as being associated with Paradise Tree Company in ANY way, or if you are a homeowner and have been a victim of Mike Rocker’s multiple palm tree companies’ fraudulent activities, please report the details below and we will pass this on to the proper authorities for investigation.  Thank you.
